The Peterson 4800E multiple log delimber/ debarker is designed to be used in tandem with whole tree chippers to produce high quality pulp chips.It features innovations such as a patented floating upper flail; adjustable feed and flail speeds, and a hydrostatic flail drive.

The 4800E can produce at 40-60 US.tons per hour with a bark content of less than 1%. The unit will simultaneously process logs from 2-23-in. and accepts a wide variety of wood sizes and shapes.

It increases fiber yields by as much as 25% per acre.
