FPInnovations pilot PM now makes tissue
FPInnovations, Paprican Division, Pointe Claire, QC, has expanded its pilot paper machine's capability to include tissue. According to sources, the machine is the only one in the world which can be switched from standard grades of paper to handle tissue in less than a week. It is also the only North American pilot paper machine available for contract purposes outside private hands. The upgrade, done in conjunction with Kruger Products which provided specialist knowledge, enables Paprican to offer contract testing and development facilities to tissue makers. |
