Badger’s Roll Handler ships largest rolls The patent-pending Roll Handler™ system from Badger Plug Company, Greenville, WI,safely secures and protects single or multiple rolls with a single shipping package designed to meet the rigors of long-distance transit to domestic or international destinations. Specially configured end-walls interlock with lumber rails to create a sturdy, highly durable shipping package. Rolls are secured and suspended end-to-end using Badger Plug sleeve plugs. Pre-cut slots on the rail ends accept standard steel or plastic banding that prevents the rails from being jostled loose during transit.
Badger says that when banded, the shipper
provides a totally secure and unitized roll package ready for the long haul.
Custom configurations are available to handle various roll diameters and
